Mr. Baker has been CEO since June 2024 and a Director since March 2021, previously serving as CFO and President. Mr. Baker has also been CEO of Infinite Eagle Acquisition Corp since August 2025. He is a Partner at Eagle Equity Partners and has held senior roles across several of Eagle Equity's prior SPACs. Mr. Sloan has been Co-Chairman since June 2024, previously serving as Chairman and CEO from March 2021. Mr. Sloan has also been Co-Chairman of Infinite Eagle Acquisition Corp. since August 2025. He is a co-founder of Eagle Equity Partners and has been a principal on all Eagle Equity SPACs. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and founded SBS Broadcasting, S.A., a pan-European broadcasting group. Prior to that, Mr. Sloan was co-chairman of New World Entertainment Ltd. Mr. Sloan serves as Lead Director and Vice Chairman of DraftKings and as Director of Ginkgo Bioworks, Lionsgate Studios, and Starz. He also serves on the UCLA Anderson School of Management Board of Visitors and the Executive Board of UCLA Theatre, Film and Television. Mr. Sloan holds a B.A. from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Mr. Sagansky has been Co-Chairman since June 2024. Mr. Sagansky has also been Co-Chairman of Infinite Eagle Acquisition Corp. since August 2025. He is a co-founder of Eagle Equity Partners alongside Mr. Sloan and has been a principal on all Eagle Equity SPACs. He previously served as CEO and then vice chairman of Paxson Communications Corporation. Prior to joining PAX, Mr. Sagansky was Co-President of Sony Pictures Entertainment, President of CBS Entertainment, and President of TriStar Pictures. Mr. Sagansky serves on the boards of WillScot, Omio, and the National Parks Conservancy Association. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Harvard.

Mr. Cummins has served on the board since October 2024. He currently advises Target Hospitality and Guardian Fall. He previously served as CEO of Algeco Scotsman (now Modulaire Group), Partner at TDR Capital LLP, COO at Phoenix Group Holdings, a Partner at MidOcean Partners, and European COO of Deutsche Bank AG. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and studied Political Science at Arizona State University.

Dr. Bolles has served on the board since October 2024. She previously served as Global Head of Digital & Emerging Technology Strategy at Levi Strauss & Co. (Nasdaq: LEVI), COO at Tradesy, Chief Data Officer at Bitly and Ancestry.com, GM of Advertising & CDO at Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA), and Head of Data Science at eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY). She also served on the board of Screaming Eagle Acquisition Corp. Dr. Bolles holds a B.A. from Cornell and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Princeton University.

JP

Mr. Park has served on the board since October 2024. He is Chief Transformation Officer at DraftKings, having previously served as DraftKings' CFO. He also serves on the boards of Infinite Eagle Acquisition Corp., Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. 2, and Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. Prior to DraftKings, he was an Operating Partner at Bain Capital Private Equity and an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Park holds an M.B.A. from Wharton, and a MAcc and B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Ms. Wagner has served on the board since October 2024. She is owner and managing partner of AutoSci Advisory, LLC. Previously she was SVP and Head of AI and Corporate Development at Ginkgo Bioworks and served as Ginkgo's interim CFO. Prior to Ginkgo, she was an investor at Bain Capital Private Equity focused on TMT. She also serves as an Independent Director of Turbine Simulated Cell Technologies and on the AI Governance Alliance for the World Economic Forum. Ms. Wagner holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Watson has served on the board since October 2024. He is a retired Partner of Goldman Sachs, where he spent 23 years in London and New York within Equity Capital Markets. His final role at Goldman Sachs was running Equity Capital Markets in New York. Mr. Watson also serves on the board of Infinite Eagle Acquisition Corp. Mr. Watson was educated at the London School of Economics and currently resides in the UK.
